Medical for K1
Hey guys, so my medical is booked for the 29th of this month and I was just taking a look at the US medical questionnaire they require you to bring. I've already got my vaccinations up to date and my GP summary that they also require but I have a question. A line item on my GP summary says 'Referred to psychology services' from November 2012. This was a suggestion from a GP who thought I may have anxiety, I disagreed with him, never followed up on it and that was the end of that.
For question four of the medical questionnaire (Have you ever had any mental disorder or depression?) I plan to tick 'No' but then on another sheet (which I need anyways to list my medication) expand on the line item in my GP summary.
What do you guys think? Do you think it's also worth getting another letter from my GP stating I do not or have not had a mental disorder?

I don't think you need anything more.
I wouldn't expand on that line item unless asked about it in person.

When I had my K-1 all I took was prior vaccinations. I'm not sure what good presenting this paper would be?

'Summary of medical history from GP (NOT full medical records) and reports covering any medical conditions, disabilities, and prior serious illnesses you have been treated for or anything ongoing.'
The only health condition I have is mild asthma, so I feel like bringing it is an overkill. Maybe I'll bring it and only give them it if they ask

Me either to be honest. It was on the email they sent confirming the appointment;

*Completed medical questionnaire (from the US Embassy link above) Must fill out FULL UK address. Please also bring along FULL US intended address
*GP Reports covering any medical conditions, disabilites, prior serious illnesses you have been treated for or anything ongoing. If you are generally fit and well and do not have any of the above then you would not require a full medical history fromm your GP.

Oh believe me I don't wanna take it haha, it looks like they've changed their requirements fairly recently if it wasn't required for Tom
