Hi All,
I filed removal of condition with a wavier since I was divorce 3
years ago.
I have been waiting in this long deep hole. I felt that I was so
lonely and depress
during this whole process. I have my I-140 approved before i got
married, so that along, I thought will make my case easy. But
not really.

anyway to make a long story short. I filed divorce before 2 years
time frame.

For those who are still waiting, hang in there. Believe in yourself.
If the marriage is true and you have enough evidents. INS will
believe you.

My case was transfer to CSC, they requested me to submitted RFE.
I send more evidents in (My ex crashed my cars twice, so I even send in
the police report), 8 days after, I was approved without interview.

Today I went to the local office, submitted 3 photos, finger print, the
lady said, I will
get my card in 3-6 months...

I want to thank you all. I don't post message much. But I look at you
guys everyday,
somehow, seeing someone is going through this with me. I felt comfort.

And.. YAYAYAYA..........................it's over....I guess I shouldn't
be too happy until I get the actual card.
