It's been a while since we had a K-1 visa / I-129F petition timeline, so I'm starting one now.
Please keep this thread for sharing timelines ONLY. If you have a specific question regarding any procedure, forms, medical, interview, etc. please create a NEW thread with your specific question, as it relates to your own case. Technolog! My timeline is almost exactly like yours. Which service center did you get? Here's my timeline so far.
USCIS Texas recieved initial petition Nov. 07 2013
Forwarded to USCIS California service center (CSC)
USCIS CSC Mails form I-797C Notice of Action (NOA 1)
to me with a post date of Nov. 14th 2013

On December 13 we mailed notice that your I-129f petition has been approved.
I've been checking 3 times a day on the Uscis website. Tonight at 10 pm I recieved this. Feels like I won the lottery! Keep at it people. With a lot of research I've found that CSC and TSC are approving in about 26 days, right on par with my timeline. This was even with a RFE.
On December 13 we mailed notice that your I-129f petition has been approved.
