We are just starting our process of relocating to the US from the UK. Our timeline:
23/12/2017: I-130 sent recorded delivery to US Embassy in London.
29/12/2017: Email confirmation of petition filed, with processing time quoted as 90 days (is this likely to be the case?).

29/01/18 Called Knightsbridge to see if the medical was sent and chase, they stated it was but the embassy is very delayed because of their move so things are not being processed as quickly.
30/01/18 CEAC was updated again but still says Administrative Processing -I know in the big scheme of things this is not long but we can't make any plans until it switches to ISSUED.

Re: Immigrant Visa (DCF: I-130 Filed in UK) - TIMELINE ONLY!
FINAL UPDATE:
26/8/17 - French police record requested
29/8/17 - ACRO police report requested
30/8/17 - Married!
01/9/17 - Picked up vaccination record, US passport size photos taken, I-130 sent RM "guaranteed" next day
04/9/17 - I-130 tracking updated to reflect attempted delivery. Rescheduled for 06/9/17.
05/9/17 - Tracking states 'delivered'i - and so it begins
08/9/17 - Payment Taken $535
06/10/17 - Petition Approved
[very long-feeling gap in which we gathered i864 info, medical records etc]
18/11/17 - LND number sent by post TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS (not my mailing address!) luckily we know the people who just moved in and picked it up the same day.
19/11/17 - Filled in DS 260 and booked interview online
20/11/17 - Booked medical over the phone with KD
24/11/17 - Attended medical - need extra vacc info and 2 injections
29/11/17 - Had vacc at GP, evidence emailed to KD.
8/12/17 - Visa Interview in London (in and out in 45 minutes with minimal questions and a weighty amount of paperwork) APPROVED!
13/12/17 - email saying visa issued
18/12/17 - picked up packet from DX Northampton
27/1/18 - POE Philadelphia, directed to wait in visitor line (approx 30mins). Primary officer Williams took prints and asked a couple questions, escorted to secondary where I waited about 5 minutes while he processed my comically large envelope. (At this point I asked about using my married name on my green card and he said not possible, my maiden name is on my paperwork - annoying) He wished me luck and sent me on my way.
Iām in šš»š¬š now for all the other hurdles!
