Also when filling out Part 6 I am including my salary as it will continue from the same source as I am transferring to the New York office..

Do I need to fill out a I-864A? I'm under the impression i'm not as i'm sure i've read that somewhere?

Edit: Okay I can see 17 mentions I do not have to because I am the intending immigrant and my daughter is a USC so therefore isn't a accompanying dependant? Is that right? lol

For Q1, he ticks the "yes" box, and then skips the rest of Section 3.

No.

Is that right?
No. She is an accompanying dependent... but she doesn't need a visa.

Hey Ian,

Thanks as always! These forms always confuse me in some way even when I apply your 3 rules lol..

Also these forms do not ask for my case number but mention other numbers such as a ELIS number?

Correct... and these other numbers don't apply to you.
