Default Got NOA2...interview timescale/when should I start gathering documents?

Hey everyone, just got our NOA2 on 29th September. I was wondering at what stage I should start gathering my police certificate/vaccination record etc?

Approximately how long is it from NOA2 to the point of being able to book the medical and interview?

Do I have to wait for the embassy to contact me before I can book a medical exam or can I do it beforehand? (I read on a few websites that some people have booked before).

Our petition was expedited through USCIS due to my fiancé being military and likely to be deployed so can this process be sped up at all?

Sorry lots of questions haha! Thanks in advance
