I checked for the latest status update for I-130 here today: Filing I-130/I-360 | London, UK - Embassy of the United States

Processing of petitions on date didn't update, it remained at July 1st, which is what it was updated to last Friday. Is this likely to be a mistake, that it hasn't shifted at all in a week of processing?

I've tweeted them to ask, but they don't always reply so wondered if you guys knew.

It's likely not a mistake. Very often processing dates don't move forward. In fact, sometimes they move backwards. Processing dates are based on the oldest dated form that hasn't yet been processed. There may have been 3,000 applications on July 1... and it takes time to get through them all. All it means is that they are still processing applications dated July 1.
