Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering how many other I-130 (spousal) applicants are waiting for their 2nd
NOA, through whatever Service Center. There are so many posts on I-129s (fiancee) on here,
and they seem to move faster, but we don't see that many posts on the I-130s (probably
because these take so much longer). Please respond if you are. Just curious as to who else
is waiting to be with his/her spouse. Thanks. Cathy

Here is our information:

Cathy (USC) & Karim (Morocco) Sent into Texas Service Center: Aug 26, 2000 1st NOA: Sept
13, 2000 Still waiting for 2nd NOA

Hi there Catherine

We are waiting for our 2nd NOA from Nebraska Service Centre - we received our 1st NOA on
JULY 26th! Have yet to hear anything since. But supposedly they are working on ours as we
speak........

Sorry I can't be very enthusiastic or encouraging - way past that now!

Hi, I am also waiting for I-130 approval through NSC. My timeline is: October 17th
received at NSC. I recieved my 1st NOA in the mail on November 7th. The receipt was dated
as November 1st.

Sent Request to VSC - March 7, 2000 VSC Received Request - March 13, 2000 VSC Request
Translated Marriage Certificate - Nov 17, 2000 Sent Translated Copy - Nov 20, 2000 VSC
Notice Date - Nov 28, 2000 Recieved NOA from VSC - Dec 4, 2000 VSC Sent our info to NVC
Dec 8, 2000 NVC entered info into system Jan 8, 2001 NVC sent me: Jan 25, 2001
1. Affidavit of Support Form I-864
2. Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data
3. DS-3032 Choice of Agent form
- I completed I-864 with it notarized as required and attached my 3 years of tax info.
- completed Authorization for Release Federal Tax data form
- and DS-3032 form to have packet 3 sent to me instead of my spouse so that I can forward
it to my spouse via UPS for reliability purpose.

Waiting for the signed DS-3032 from my spouse so I can send that along with the other
forms and a money order of $50 to NVC....

then I wait AGAIN I guess for packet 3 to send to my spouse, but I downloaded the packet 3
forms and my spouse has completed the checklist so everything will be done. So basically
we have to wait for NVC to notify the consolate in my spouses country.
