Curious (sorry to hijack the thread slightly)...
I married my USC wife back in August 2012 whilst visiting on the VWP, went back home for a month and then came back in September 2012 for a training course again on the VWP. I returned home following and haven't been back to the US since. We haven't started any US Immigration process or filed any forms as we're living happily in the UK together. In April, we're planing a trip back to visit, I wonder if I am in for a similar grilling or perhaps it's reserved for those who have filed I-130?!
