My K4 stepdaughter wants me to file for an EAD for her. I know I have got to file a new separate I-130 for her now that she is here, having come in under her mother's wing previously. Could I send the I-130 together with the I-765 to Chicago? My service center would be Texas (although they sent my original I-130 to Chicago for still-pending final approval because they were so far behind). The I-765 would of course go to Chicago. Could I send these two together?
