Default I-130 approved in wrong surname

Hi there, I just got my i-130 approval in the post (yay!) but the surname is incorrect (they used my wifes maiden name as my surname) even though the form was filled out correctly. Does anyone know the correct/quickest way to get this changed?
I don't want to have to start the whole process all over again!

I would leave it alone, and just fill out the visa paperwork in your correct name. If necessary, you can explain at the interview.
