Default I-129F employment history

Prospective UKC SIL has a decent income from virtual sources, having to do with online games. Not actually employed, ever (at 21 years old). Will this be a problem when filing the I-129F? Should there be a note of explanation included to explain his revenue source? I'm sure it is unreported income...

Thanks!

Why would anyone care about your prospective UK citizen's sister/son-in-law's income? UK Citizen cannot file an I-129F anyway.

What does SIL mean here?

For a K-1 visa, only the USC's income is important.

I went back and looked at the OP's original postings. She is the mother of the USC female fiancée. SIL would be the future son-in-law. Coming to the US to marry her daughter and he has never had gainful employment (at least not on the books) apparently and that can be listed on a resume.

Thanks Rete. In that case, SIL's employment and income history is of no concern to USCIS. He should be honest on all forms, but his history won't be an issue.

IIRC I had to give it on my G-325A way back when that was required. Not sure if they have carried that specific question over, but as you said, I can't see it being an issue.

Sorry for slow reply... Rete has it right, except I am the father. Just hate to leave fields blank. Thanks for the replies!
