Hello.

I’m just wondering if anyone has heard back from the Embassy about their I-129f applications that were submitted around end of May - start of June? It’s been 6 months almost for me and I haven’t heard a peep yet!

Surely the USC didn't send the I-129F petition to the embassy, right?

Are you referring to an accepted petition that has been through the NVC since May?

No she sent to to the lock box and then it was sent to the California service centre. I read that it could take up to 5-6 months but we haven’t had an e notification about anything as of yet! Sorry for the misunderstanding.

So your fiancee received the first notice of action? And the check cashed?

Yeah she has, and we have checked the process tomes and they are on May 2017 which I understand is the oldest one they are processing? It hasn’t been updated yet.

Then you're in the waiting game. The processing times are to be taken with the tiniest of salt pinches.

It's also worth noting with Thanksgiving just behind us and the Christmas period coming up these kind of things will probably slow down more due to people taking vacations etc.
