How to travel outside US while I-130 pending ?
I filed I-130 for my son recently. Now he wants to study in Vancouver, BC.
He is a Canadian citizen.
How can he travel outside US ?
Any suggestion ?

Of course he is free to leave the U.S. at any time. Getting back in may be
a problem.
What is the whole situation? What status does he hold now, in the U.S.?
Are you a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident?

I am PR and got my GC last year. He does not have any status except I-130.
