Concerning the GP summary, is it date restricted, can it be sourced anytime throughout the process or does it have to be asked for in the later stages of application..
I know the police certificate, is valid for 12 months, what about the above ?

I’d say it’s got to be 6 months valid. But I walked into my GP and got it the same day, about a week before my medical.. so I’d say wait until you’ve booked it. Just ask for a “Summary of Care Report”. You can actually access it online too! You’ll need vaccinations too.

In Derbyshire your online medical records are on a system called Patient Access. Not all GP's use this system though.

I looked in the NHS website and your local GP has to give you online access by law.. part notes can take up to 40 days to get. When I went for my medical I had part notes too. The Summary Of Medical History Report sometimes doesn’t have your name and address on, you need to make sure your GP puts that on it.. otherwise the doctors in Knightsbridge see it as invalid information.

Bit ridiculous really! Mine had nothing on it, still needed it anyway.
