GC holder marrying F-1 visa holder...
Hello,
I would like to know what all entails when a US Green Card holder marries a
F-1 ( Foreign Student ) visa holder. In other words, if both get married in
the U.S. while F-1 is studying, does this F-1 visa holder need to ever
return back to their home country to apply for change of status or can this
be done while F-1 visa holder stays in the U.S.?
Any help and/or point in the right direction would be appreciated!
