Default Are G-325A forms still required?

Hi everyone,

Me (UKC) and my fiance (USC) are about to send off our I-129f this week, and I was just double checking we've done everything but I've just got confused about the G-325A forms, it did not mention it on the USCIS website however it is mentioned on the flow chart I've seen on here so now I'm a bit worried because I did not fill one out.

I've also heard that it's no longer necessary because all the info is on the I-129f however it's still a good idea to include one? Can anyone clarify the latest info on this please

If you're using the latest I-129F then it isn't required. The flowchart is out of date. I will try find time to update it.

OK, flowchart should be updated. Please let me know if there are any further discrepancies given you're just going through it.

Thanks!

Tom - question on the flowchart, when or at which point do we submit paperwork on the income/sponsor/joint sponsor?

Cheers,
Paul

There is only one sponsor on an I-134. The I-134 and supporting documents are taken to the visa interview.

Thanks Tom.

Just filling in the I-129F and it all seemed fairly easy till this point so we we're worried we'd missed something!

My USC girlfriend has no employment history (student) so we're using her Dad as a sponsor! Does that change anything?

It will be her dad that completes the I-134 and you take that to the interview.

You will also need to take proof of his US citizenship / permanent residence.

I was in the same situation.

For an I-129F petition, there is only a sponsor for the I-134. There is no such thing as a joint sponsor at this stage of the process.
