In Aragon where Cathy is from and where I lived for a few years, it was a much used expression...especially when the beautiful warm May weather changed to cold with "cierzo" winds coming off Moncayo.
With the almost perfect weather in Palma, I doubt it is heard much!!

then I believe you will continue to not receive an answer. There is lots
out there regarding divorcing people filing the I-751. You seem to think
that just because you were foolish and married many times that that
alone will cause you to be unsuccessful, yet you cannot find any
examples of such unsuccessful cases. (That might be a hint). What makes
you think that it will make a difference in your case? Did you see
anything on the forms saying "If you've been married 'x' times then
forget about it!"?
