Filing I-765, EAD, E-3, E3

Filing I-765, EAD, E-3, E3
Hi,
Some questions regarding filing the I-765 for an E3-D holder:
- Is it advisable to wait 10 days after entering the country before filing the form? (as is the case with SSN)
- Since E3 is not part of the document I believe one should follow instructions for E1/E2 instead?
- What documents needs to be attached and copies or original documents?
- Will it be proceed faster if I file online?
