I'm traveling to the USA via canada in January 2008. Was just wondering where i get the I-94W form?

How are you getting from Canada to the US, road, rail, air, boat??? I came in by car and got mine at the point of entry

You will receive it either at the border (if you're driving) or from the airline (if you're flying). If you're a Canadian citizen or Canadian landed immigrant, you probably won't get one unless you specifically ask for it at the US PoE.

A Canadian permanent resident should get one, unless he or she happens to be from Bermuda.
