Hehe, for someone like me who has been checking the website obsessively every day it didn't seem so fast, but I think they did move quite a lot in the last couple of weeks. Fingers crossed they will keep going at this pace from now on!

Why pretend that we won't peak! lol!
Four months isn't so bad, I wouldn't cry if they keep this pace. Would mean I'd be set for approval in May...just hope the bank holidays in April doesn't slow everything down! Still hoping to be out there for hubbys birthday in August xx

Hi Everyone,
I thought I would join the group of shocked December filers. Our I-130 was received December 21st. So, maybe in May we will hear back?!
We have already delayed our move just watching how slow things are going. However, I (the USC) and trying to get everything ready so that we can rush along to an interview for my UKC husband
So, here is where I need help:
From what I have read, my husband would need a police certificate from Italy...if anyone has gone through that part yet...throw me some advice! I have looked at the table, see what is to be done (I assume there is no fee,) but the whole process of writing two different Italian departments, I am not sure if they will ever send the documents....
Oh, we will all get through this somehow..right

"Planning Ahead
U.S. petitioners who are planning on filing for their foreign spouses/children for immigrant visas to relocate to the United States should file the Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) a minimum of ten (10) months prior to the date of the plan relocation"
I saw the above on the website this morning...
Looks like someone has been cutting back on staff it would seem...
