Only USCIS really knows what that means.

I suspect it simply means somebody handled your file, but no other action was documented. We are going through employment based AOS in the US from O-1/3 visas to EB-1 status permanent residency and more than once have seen a change on the uscis website saying "your date of birth has been updated". The first time it sent me into a panic thinking an error had been made on one of the forms, now I think it is simply a placeholder update for moving the file around.
