copy of my I-130 necessary?
So I brilliantly managed not to photocopy the I-130 I submitted way back. Will this matter? I'm assuming the interviewer will have it rather than asking me for it, but just wanted to double-check that.

The interviewer should have it. Sometimes things get lost along the way, but it's extremely rare.
But you are the visa applicant, yes? You did not submit an I-130, your 'DH' did.
