Contents Of Packet 3 from Islamabad, Pakistan

Contents Of K3 Packet from Islamabad, Pakistan
Hi guys,
I have tried calling, without success, the U.S. Embassy to find out exactly what are the required documents in the K3 Packet they specifically send out. (Twice they put me on hold for like 25+ minutes).
I have heard that police certificates are not required-------yet someone said that they now most recently do require them. I want to be able to fill out these forms (DS-156, etc.) myself rather than inconvenience my wife, who is already stressed out being far away from me.
I am a long way from that stage, but I have a friend going back to Pakistan and I rather send the important documents with him than rather risk it with DHL, etc.

i think islamabad still requires police certs. for the k3, you need the
ds-156 and the ds-230 part 1. i am not sure about the tax returns.

Hi,
Have u received ur package 3 with interview date? You have to call
after 1pm Pak time. I spoke with them this morning. I'm waiting for
package 3 (for my wife) they have received my file last week. This is
the # u can call 51-20802700. Yes you do need a police report for k3
and
I-134 supporting evidence
Employer letter
Bank letter
Pay stubs
Form 1040 and W2
Weeding album, weeding movie,
Original Marriage cert + copy
Original Birth cert + copy
Medical reports
Police cert
Sometimes they do ask to show last 3 year tax returns.

Have u received ur package 3 with interview date? You have to call
