Yes, as long as there is a court order for said support. A casual verbal agreement is not supported by law.

I was looking for this information to input onto the I-864 as part of my income, as I do have court ordered child support; however, none of the questions on the I-864 asked about that as income and I had nowhere reasonable to include it.

Did you read the instructions? It mentions child support as income.
