Default CaliforniaSC Delay in sending NOAs

Hi all,

I thought I would pass on this information for anyone else who is
still waiting for NOA1's from April this year (apparently also impacts
NOA2s)

As the NOA2 is a required document for the K1 interview at the US Embassy in London, what needs to be done if this document isn't in hand come the time of the interview?

Hi,

As an NOA2 is an approval notice, I believe the second paragraph
applies to you.

"If you believe that you haven't received an approval notice (for
example - you check the online system and it indicates that your case
was approved and you have not received an approval notice), USCIS
encourages you to submit an inquiry email to [email protected]"

It asks that you include your receipt number and/or "A" number and
that they will respond in 30 calendar days.

I am just worried their response will be something along the lines of:
"we are having a problem, and will resolve it ASAP".

However, I will get an email sent off.

Good luck with that )

I'm still waiting for the NOA1 for my I130 but, as my I129F is already
in process and we have it's NOA1, I'm not too concerned about extra
time waiting for it )

Gah! Well I guess that likely explains why I am still short one
receipt notice over 10 weeks after they cashed my check. According to
the website I have an I-129F in process, so at least we agree there,
but it says nothing further and it's frustrating not having expected
paperwork in hand (makes it seem more real somehow).

The OH never got an email response to the email she'd sent off as instructed.

However, on the 7th July she received the NOA2 from CSC saying out case had been approved on 6th June, so all is good again.
