AOS (w/ approved I-601) interview is tomorrow... ~NERVOUS~
Hi, to those that remember me and to those that don't.
Tomorrow is the big day! I haven't posted much on here in the last year since Leighton arrived home. Mainly because its been one hectic year! Seems like everyone I know has been getting married.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone on this board has heard of the AOS being denied after rec'ing an approved I-601. I'm too nervous to do anything tonight so decided to search out these boards.
Weird.. the AOS interview for marriage based Green Cards is usually all about checking for the legitamacy of marriage. I'm not afraid of that (been married now 6-1/2 years).. to me I'm scared they will want to re-open the whole I-601 mess.
