AOS Interview
Well I've been called in for an interview next month.
Now I have a job with my EAD, does my wife include me in her I-864? |

If she's the USC spouse, she must.
Ian Does she include my income in her I-864? |
Re: AOS Interview
If she qualifies using just her own finances, no need to include your income.

True - but if she does need to include his income, she can! :)

Re: AOS Interview
Thanks Rene and Ian.
I'm looking forward to being able to count the days down for when I can apply for citizenship when I finally get my permanent residency. The fact that I have been here for nearly a year and not able to use this time towards that has been quite frustrating. :) |

You hand in your supporting documents, they ask a few questions, you answer and if you are lucky they will tell you if you are approved or not. If the interviewer is new they might have to check with a supervisor but that is not a usual occurrence. |
Re: AOS Interview
Had interview. Went well, but they lost my medical. They need to try find it. So not approved just yet.
