  1. Saskatoon
  2. Regina
  3. North Battleford
  4. Moose Jaw
  5. Swift Current
  6. Prince Albert
  7. Yorkton
  8. Estevan
  9. Weyburn
  10. Corman Park
  11. Lloydminster (the SK side)
  12. Um, where else?

Corman Park has only had 8,500 people or so in 2006. Anything under 10,000 is really a town with big ideas.

Everyone jokes that they built the Provincial Legislature much too big for Saskatchewan's size. Maybe the builders were just thinking long-term …
