Teatime Choices

Re: Teatime Choices
Last night I made a stir-fry with leeks and mushrooms and onions and roast pork in black bean sauce with rice and some crispy dollar cut chips. The left overs will go to work for lunch and if I have a hot pork sandwich and gravy tonight I can finish the roast off.

First proper roast beef in a while. Premium Rib. With the usual roast spuds/roast carrots, squeaky green beans, gravy.
I absolutely love President's Choice Creamy Horseradish with it. It's not in the least bit hot, just a heavenly taste.

I had a long day, and had a St Hubert tourtiere in the freezing compartment so it's one of those "pre-heat oven to 350" nights. There's the timer! I'll see your few lagers and raise you a few Cuba Libre's.
