Very brave for the victim to swallow embarrassment and come out as a warning to others.

I generally notice that Canadians are often utterly useless at speaking to non first language English people. They don't slow down at all, they don't pause or give them time to catch up, but just shout it a bit louder, that happens here at any rate, and they wonder why we have a problem with immigrant retention.

We have the same bulbs in our current place, but only 4 are needed, in the new place there are many more fixtures and with the high cost of bulbs these days, nobody leaves them behind anymore, and bulbs are not included in the rent...lol
These bulbs seem popular in rentals for whatever reason, every rental we have had in the last few years used them.
No idea what makes these little bulbs so costly.

The halogen version is cheaper, but the fixtures say they are designed for LED bulbs with a max of 10 watts, so putting in the halogen version with all the heat into the ceiling is likely a bad idea...
The fixtures are similiar to this one, built into the ceiling.

Short term thinking always ends up costing more, when will planners and politicians learn?

Preident's Choice 'Poseur label' Ontario Peach Spread (jam) is very nice. But then it should be at $6 a jar.

Here's a good way to complain about things - in this case a parking fine:

Only a 2 minute clip if anyone is thinking to watch.
