Default Music you're embarrassed by

Records you bought when you were young but the idea that you did so is now embarrassing.

Son of my father by Chicory Tip.
Fiddler's Dram - Day trip to Bangor
Paul McCartney - Mary had a little lamb. This was slightly forgivable as I was at school, didn't have any money and I wanted something else to play. I swapped it for something I had done to death but I'm not 100% sure what. It may have been The Tremeloes - Call me number one.

Yes - Tales of Topographic Oceans. Hey, at least I never bought an Asia album.
Dylan and the Dead - a complete travesty. I don't know what I was thinking. It has Bob Dylan in it, it can't be too bad...the Grateful Dead (a band I despise) can't ruin it too much
Trio - Da Da Da
Duran Duran - Rio
Beatles - Rock and Roll Music (a woman was involved...that early Beatles era is something I despise now...post Revolver is what I really only like now).

Pulaski, they were awful! At the time I thought I had quite good taste (Santana, Can, Amon Duul, Pink Floyd, Cream, Atomic Rooster, Blodwyn Pig, King Crimson, Pink Fairies, Led Zeppelin, etc) & then I had a rush of blood to the head & bought GFR!

PS: Founder of Can died today, aged 79.

Where do I start?! Have forgotten many of the older ones, but for example Primus "Tales from the Punchbowl"...

Another idea for a thread would be guilty pleasures.

Land of Make Believe and One of Us (ABBA) would be my 2 suggestions...cringeworthy dirge but for some reason I am a fan (could be the people involved).

I'd rate GFR above about half of your "good taste".

I once bought an Osmonds single, but that was okay.

It was Crazy Horses and almost heavy.
