Had chicken burritos for breakfast so didn't need a really big lunch, but found this (liver and neck) inside the turkey before I cut it up to brine; absolutely delicious!

I could always pop Derek, my son's budgie in the oven if there is a bit of shrinkage - he would bulk it up a bit for the carnivores ( incidentally, all of us!)

This is ours (6.7 kg) for six of us but two of them are vegetarians.
