Mussels in a white wine and cream broth, signature dish at the excellent Pisces by Gaston restaurant here before it closes due to retirement of chef/owner at the end of the month.

Had chicken burritos for breakfast so didn't need a really big lunch, but found this (liver and neck) inside the turkey before I cut it up to brine; absolutely delicious!

Oh crap, maybe underestimated 
I could always pop Derek, my son's budgie in the oven if there is a bit of shrinkage - he would bulk it up a bit for the carnivores ( incidentally, all of us!
