Lake Ontario at Ashbridges Bay in the spring; the sewage melts and the smell wafts up over Lakeshore Boulevard.

The glue they use for wood floors, the construction workers next door try to lose bags of it in our yard and the dog gets covered in it, the smell is like a very pungent human vomit and it burns the throat.

Damp wool when people on the tram got caught in the rain and are shivering.

The fish stand in Loblaws, don't they know that once fish smells like fish you're supposed to throw it out?

Horse piss gone to ammonia because no one cleaned the stall, rotten horse hoof from standing in the aforementioned.

The breath of the homeless beggars.

I expect bottled farts are also quite unpleasant.

And vomit (human, not cat. altho I imagine cat vomit wouldn't be too nice either!!) - narrowly avoided being thrown up on by a patient yesterday. I din't believe so much puke could come out of one wee woman!

The smell of my OH after he's had a coddled eggs for lunch & a curry kebab for supper... I am not joking, first time I have woken up in the middle of the night from a SMELL! Spent the next 20 minutes with my face buried in my pillow and tears welling up in my eyes...

The only smell I can think of that was worse was about 10 years ago when the fellow in the apartment across from ours had died from drug overdose and was rotting in the summer heat of 30+ cel for over a month before he was discovered.

We had thought it was some meat rotting in the garbage shoot cos it was always getting clogged up, imagine the horror once we realised what the smell actually was!! :scared:

Actually, cat vomit also depends on the type... hairball puke doesn't smell nice but its not horrible... it's the texture & shape that freaks me out. Looks like either feces or a small field mouse depending on the cat's colour of fur *lol*

Cat poos can be nasty however... especially if they've been put on a "human food" bland diet like my cat just recently was (post-op diet)... srambled eggs, boiled rice & a tin of flaked tuna. It sure don't smell like ANY of those things when it came out the other end :scared:
