Last year went to H&R Block who charged $461.66 for my self and wife's returns.
This year I did them with Turbotax for $62.13 and it was very easy and straightforward.
I even think it was better this year because Turbotax prompt you to see if it is worthwhile to split pensions and allocate sums between spouses etc,etc.
Will wait and see if all goes well with CRA in 10 days time when they say they will issue the assessment.

H&R Block are the worst!
I use Turbo Tax.

CRA is frustrating. When I call takes 5-10 mins of trying just to get through, every other time its a busy signal, then when I do get through, I am placed on hold for 10+ mins only to be hung up on.
It's becoming annoying at this point as I have to talk to a human as the issue at hand cannot be done online.
Grrrrr.
