If you miss 3 out of 4.......
Penalties you deserve to go out of the World Cup.
What are your views on England's World Cup campaign?
Me....I just do not think that they were good enough, and as for Frank Lampard, he certainly never went Specsavers!

GrahamThey had the best defence of any team over there, and the midfield cohesion was wonderous to watch. The class of Lampard and Gerhard shone through on every occasion they touched the ball.
The forwards must have struck fear into the hearts of many a defender. The pace and touch of Crouch were dazzling, as well as Rooneys decisive tackling.
My views on this may be interpreted as misplaced patriotism, but it is more likely the fact that the information on the medicine bottle specifically said
'Not to be taken with alcohol' ....
Oh, well, roll on 2010 .. I may even go back to S.A. to watch the next debacle.

Interesting that the only person to score in the penalty round is the player it seems most English fans love to hate.
