Find your image, right click and select copy image location. Paste that in the image tags from the little yellow box.
Alternatively, scroll down to manage attachments and paste it in the upload an image from an url line.
Oh, yes...as you can see from Jerseygirl below, if you do the attachment it needs you to add some text, even if it's only a full stop.
