Help with Jive dance classes?
Is this another of those occasions where UK English differs from Canadian English? We are looking for Jive classes in the Ottawa area and are surprised to find none.
We can see classes in East Coast Swing (looks like Charleston), and West Coast Swing (looks similar but again not the same).
What are we missing?
PS. Asked in a store if they had a Cafetiere, blank look. Described it, blank look. Then spotted one and said 'ah, seen one'. Oh! You mean a French press. The mandatory French side of the box called it a Cafetiere Piston - DOH!

On the other side of the river it might well be called le French press, or le bodum, and you might get the same look.
