So which of these countries are you putting $5 on?
Come October 18, nationals of Chad, Iran, Libya, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Somalia, and North Korea.
Now if going out on a limb and I had $5 to gamble I would put it on the person originating from Somalia. There again it could be someone born in Canada and radicalized.

Sources confirmed the identity of the man as Abdulahi Hasan Sharif. RCMP K-Division’s assistant commissioner Marlin Degrand said the man is a Somali national. The public safety minister’s office has said he is a refugee.
