Bell down over entire Maritimes and parts of Ontario
Insane how this can happen... its been hours now and affecting landlines, cell, etc....

Looks like it's also causing some delays at the Halifax airport. At least 17 delayed departures across several airlines currently.

My internet is fine (obviously or you wouldn't be reading this) but Thunderbird email (IMAP) service is not working.

I was cursing Apple earlier as I'd put IOS 10.3.3 on my Iphone overnight & had no cell signal this morning (Which I only found out when my boss emailled me saying he couldn't get through to me). Since it's a work phone I fired off an email to IT helpdesk who promptly informed me that cell phones were down all over Atlantic Canada. Was so tied up in stuff (the internet's working, obviously) that I missed it all til then. So not the curse of Apple, rather the curse of Bell. Or Russian/Chinese/Korean hackers perhaps?

CBC also reporting...According to Canadianoutages.com, which offers real-time outage information for various IT services, some parts of Alberta and B.C. are also affected.
