Sorry but is this a gang or a clique? I am sure that the two are very different, is there a set of rules, a committee, do you need to pay taxes?

Do you have to be extra special to become an elite member or just pay more.

I lived on 13,000 last year and now am a student and living on 800-900 a month and meet my basic needs, yet my roommate makes a little over 40k/yr and is always using money mart as she is so broke.
