Giving back
 

There are many things I love about Malta but up there is the no council tax.
However, the local councils have financial constraints and there are many areas that have litter and areas that need some TLC. Are there any groups of volunteers that do litter picking etc? If so, please may I get details and if not, would others be interested in forming a group? Thank you.
