I can only see cod, haddock, and halibut. I think you're pulling my leg.
Check out main courses...
Uncle Albert’s grilled Haddock, in a Secret blend of herbs. Served on a bed of rocket leaves with sweet corn, peas and mash.
Uncle Albert’s lemon and onion Pan-fried Monkfish Served with baked potato ,asparagus and a homemade butter red pepper sauce.

... they might be able to point you to a good wholesaler in town that can supply the haddock and monkfish.

I am sure the would add kedgeree to the menu if asked and enough orders... it would be a good Sunday lunch sharing big dish option. (i want commision for the idea!!)

I believe all Uncle Albert's fish is sourced from England, Ireland, Iceland and Norway via family, and then flown chilled to Asia. So probably not coming via a wholesaler in Penang.

Salivating profusely, expect an uninvited guest around dinner time!

Ah yes, must be going blind. I never seem to get past the cod (which is excellent BTW).

Well the link above doesn't have any monkfish. Maybe they keep it quiet to avoid excitement.

It does actually BB. You have to go to main courses and then scroll the menu up - that's why I missed it the first time.

Bit like Air Asia site... only seems to work on Chrome and on their in house browers... Public cant get into anything much !!
Too many incompetent website programmers out there currently doing bad work for little money. Thankfully this site is sound!

FISH.... Best to actually go and sample the product at S.Q.
True some is sent direct from overseas but worth asking. Ask at Healy's as well as they are connected.

I tried hot-smoking Red Snapper for kedgeree this week. Very good - nice lean firm white flesh. Better than the sea bass I've been using, but twice the price. Yummy though.
