I am making a very short weekend trip to Penang to take advantage of the SPG category 1 status of the Four points at Tanjong Tokong.

I would be happy to meet up with anyone who is free and willing to meet up for Saturday dinner (I think the hotel has a free shuttle to Batu Ferringhi in the evening). Hope to meet more people from this nice community!

Okay guys, it's been a while since we had a get together, so we've decided to hold a Makan (informal gathering) at the Viva Food Court in Tanjung Bungah on Tuesday 6th February 2018 @7:30PM / 19:00 hrs

NOTE: We kind of run the "Makan" get-togethers infrequently as otherwise it just becomes a chore and everybody gets tired of staring at the same old faces and hearing the same old news / gossip etc.

By having them as "occasional" it keeps it fresh and it also means new folks can turn up and not feel they are disadvantaged by not being a part of an existing clique.

There is method in my madness. Quite a lot of madness too though, it has to be said.

Sorry, no idea. Tanjong Tokong is the district between the Floating Mosque on the road to Batu Ferringhi and the turnoff to Gurney.
