Malaysia House Price Index – 1999 to 2015
Here’s a PDF of some official statistics tracking Malaysia House Prices from 1999 to Q3 2015 (with preliminary figures for Q4 2015), published by the Valuation and Property Services Department.
The data is viewable by house type, i.e. All House, Terrace, High-Rise, Detached and Semi-Detached, and is also split by region, including Pulau Pinang.
