Cops detonate bomb at KLCC
Police today detonated two homemade explosives found at popular tourist spot Aquaria KLCC.
Hang Tuah Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Fuad Omar told Malaysiakini the explosives were successfully detonated by a robot handled by the police bomb squad at about 7.45pm.

Seems that some science students made some lamps which looked a bit Molotov-like. Good practice for the bomb squad though.

That happens quite regularly at Suria KLCC. The Fire and Rescue Department has this expensive robot and loves it to make things explode. We also witnessed it already, lazy school kids placed the bags near the entrance.
