Question Re: Recruitment Consultants

Hello!
I'm moving to Cairns on a working/holiday visa for 12 months, I hope to get sponsored by an employer while I'm there as I plan to live in the area.
I have 4 years experience as a Recruiter, 2 years in the medical industry and 2 years in sales/customer service recruiting. If anyone has any advice as to which companies would be the best to apply to in QLD I'd appreciate it.
Thank you!
Helen
