Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for a mix of duties including but not limited to reception, administration, payment processing, banking and service coordination. We are a close knit team and need someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and flexible to juggle the demands of a busy practice.
To be successful you will need:
• Solid It skills – Incisive Medical System and MYBO – training will be given if needed
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, warm and welcoming manner.
• Self starter
• Work autonomously
• Flexible working hours
You will be required to work 5 days a week over 3 locations so a car driver and own transportation is a must. Our clinics are on the North Shore in Milford and Remuera.
