Bloomon delivers that ultimate feeling of home with a flexible on-line subscription to fresh flowers. The flowers are composed by a stylist and hand-tied. Bloomon supplies directly from the grower to the customer.
We service the European market right from the vibrant centre of Amsterdam. Our founding team is composed of former senior strategy consultants (The Boston Consulting Group) and highly experienced Ecommerce experts. We are looking for a talented and ambitious native British-English speaker that will join us to first and foremost provide CRM for our business to be in the UK. Depending on the interest and talents of the intern he or she can also be involved in Operations, Marketing and Sales, PR and Communications.
Job description
We are looking for a native British-English speaker intern that can take a leading role in providing CRM for our UK customers. For this function it is important to be empathetic, to be able to see the clients point of view. You, as employee of our customer service will be the first point of personal contact of the client with the company via e-mail, telephone and Facebook. You have to think in solutions and be able to act independently. Your job entails informing the customers about their order, delivery times, prizes and other information regarding their account. You are expected to collect the feedback of customers and help improve the process of our customer service. You will get a lot of responsibility.
Depending on your interests and talents. You can also be involved in Operations, expanding the company into England and ensuring the continued smooth running of our operations, next to your main CRM responsibilites. Other opportunities are working in Marketing and Sales or PR and communications if, for example, you have done a major/minor in linguistics or journalism. During this internship you will get a lot of responsibility and we expect you to be a self-starter and work independently.

- MSc or BSc;
- Full-time/part-time;
- Available for evening shifts;
- Enjoy communicating with customers;
- Pro-active and definite ‘can do’ attitude;
- Enjoy responsibility, work independently but are a good team player;
- Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, m-commerce;
