Mobile Rental in Kansai
 

Hi Folks, :wave:

I'm arriving in Osaka city next month as a tourist, presumably on a Temporary Visitor permit as per my last visit in 2010.

It seems that I can't apply for a Residency Card since the system was changed in 2012, and this would appear to prevent me from buying a phone &/or SIMcard as I did last time.

Does anyone know if I can rent a phone when I arrive at KIX please, my plane lands after 5pm.

Any alternative suggestions would also be very helpful, thanks in advance. :fingerscrossed:
